These ruffle zippered pouches have personality on the outside and a pretty incredible story behind them.
Each pouch is handcrafted by women survivors of human trafficking through meaningful employment that helps provide a path toward independence, dignity, confidence, and hope. They're thoughtfully made in the USA and India using sustainable materials and fair labor practices.
Once they arrive at Knot Planned Studio, I add the personality. Each design is created by me and applied right here in the studio, because apparently a perfectly respectable little ruffle pouch needed to say things like "Oh Shit Kit," "Probably Book Money," and "Undiagnosed, But Everyone's Pretty Sure."
The zippered design keeps all the little stuff contained, while the ruffle trim makes it considerably cuter than whatever random pouch is currently floating around the bottom of your bag.
